Larry Haynes - Senior Pastor

Pastor Larry has served the valley for more than 20 years. As senior pastor, he is committed to preaching inspiring messages each week and leading the staff and elders toward accomplishing our mission for our community. In addition to serving the church, Pastor Larry is also the Executive Director of the Community Foundation of Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio and he is a sought after speaker and consultant.

Dominic Verdell - Associate Pastor

Pastor Dom has been a part of Grace Chapel since 2006 where he works with our ministry leaders and oversees pastoral care, assimilation, and community outreach projects. He and his wife Carrie have two daughters, Lexi and Brooke.

Mike Rhoades - Youth Pastor

Born and raised in Nebraska as a camp director's son, Mike Rhoades has a deep passion for youth ministry. Mike and his wife Nikki served on full time staff for Timberlake Ranch camps for nearly 5 yrs and recently co-founded a church in Omaha, NE. As a ministry team Mike and Nikki have one goal, engage people in Explosive Fellowship with Christ.

Merry-Jo Holder - Family Ministry Director

Merry-Jo has a passion for strong families and, in addition to outstanding family events, she heads our wome's ministry and various parenting and marriage development opportunities throughout the year. Merry-Jo and her husband Chip have three children, Casslyn, Robb, and Calissa.

Renee Lego - Children's Ministry Director

Renee loves children and works hard to ensure that our Jump Zone gives kids at Grace Chapel fun, exciting, creative and meaningful experiences each week. Renee and her husband Aaron have two daughters, Gabi and Rachel.

Lisa Evans - Building Blocks Director

Lisa and her staff work tirelessly to provide children with a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment that will foster discovery, laughter and the individual attention to create life-long learners. Together they have created a center that engages kids and serves families in our community.

Michele Ruttinger - Communications Director

Michele has been part of the Grace Chapel family for more than 12 years. As Communications Director, she oversees the visual components of our worship services as well as providing administrative support for the staff.

Khara Krivosh - Receptionist

Khara joined the staff of Grace Chapel in 2009 and she produces print media, coordinates event scheduling, and provides support to our church ministry teams and Building Blocks. Khara and her husband Tim were married in September of 2009.

Rob Patton - Financal Director

Rob has a passion for serving others. Working with the staff at Grace Chapel since March 2010 has been a privilege and pleasure. Rob's background includes his lifelong service to his family in their small business, service to the community through Rotary International and a volunteer fire dept. YSU BS in Business Administration - March 1976. His wife Karol, sons Ryan and Jack, have lived in Hermitage for 17 years.

Tricia Kalp - Hospitality Coordinator

Tricia has worked with the church for about 3 years starting out in the volunteer basis and then turned into a staff position. I work on the café team, the alpha team and help with Children’s and Women’s ministries when needed. Tricia and her husband Dennis live in West Middlesex and have 3 kids Jimmy, Jesse and Jenna.

Terry Rowe - Facilities Director

Terry oversees maintenance and events for our facilities, as well as leads our usher and greeter ministry teams. He and his wife Rose have three grown children.

Earl Bottenfield - Maintenance

"Buck" helps to support the buildings and grounds, providing general maintenance and setting rooms for meetings and events. He and his wife Dorrie have three grown children.

Jason Roqueplot - Director of Worship Arts

Jason oversees worship arts consisting of all the worship teams, drama, choir, sound and programming. He is happily married to Alta and has two beautiful daughters, Trinity and Eden.

Mel Trollman - Video Production Coordinator

Mel is a recent graduate of Edinboro University. She majored in film/video production. She has attended Grace Chapel with her family for most of her life.

Joyce Lux - Pastoral Ministry Assistant

Joyce joined our ministry team at the beginning of 2010. She assists the pastors in the daily operations. She also is involved with the Connections Process team making phone calls to all the new attendees of Grace Chapel. She is happily married to her husband Tom.

Pastor Bill & Linda Blacksmith

Pastor Bill and Linda come as a team after two retirements' Bill as a Professor and then Pastor and Linda as Christian Educator. Their passion is to see men and women become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. They serve as Directors of Life and Connections Coaches and have three children and seven grandchildren.
