Admit that you have sinned. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)
Believe in your heart that Christ died for your sin. "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23) "But God commands His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
Confess with your mouth that Jesus is your Savior and Lord. "If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved." (Romans 10:9)
