Hiking Trail Build
Helping blaze a new hiking trail on the back side of the golf course. Involves manual labor of tree cutting, pruning, raking, digging out rocks, etc. May take a few service days based on number of people and amount of work.
Kite Hill Mulching
Mulching the beds on kite hill. Spreading and moving mulch to the various flower beds. Approx. 4-5 hours with 10-15 volunteers.
Picnic Table Refinishing
Painting picnic tables in Buhl park. Involves minor sanding, painting, and sealing. Approx. 4-5 hours with 10-15 volunteers. Extra hand-sanders would be greatly appreciated!

Various Park Service Projects
There are various service projects and clean up projects through the year. Most are just a few hours.

Whispering Pines Mulching
Help mulch the 1-mile trail at Whispering Pines Park. Approx. 4-5 hours with 15-20 volunteers

Various Sharon Service Projects
The Sharon Beautification Commission has various projects all summer long. Gardening, clean-up, flower beds, mulching, etc. Projects and needs vary.

Shenango River Goat Tending
Helping volunteer to tend the goats alongside the Shenango River in the summer. 2-hour shifts to monitor and water them while they work (eating undesirable foliage).

Grace Chapel Campus Projects
Various cleaning projects inside and outside the church. This would take no more than 4-5 hours with 15-20 volunteers.
Mercer County Veterans Affairs
Walking local cemeteries reviewing and updating plot maps for locations of veteran grave sites. Approx. 4-5 hours with 15-20 volunteers.
